Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused purchased product to us. In the meantime, you can immediately place another order for the item you want, or you can wait until we receive the returned item at Oxrite and credit your account.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned package at OXRITE, we shall send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to X business days to show in your account depending upon the OXRITE Partner you purchased OXRITE from such as Amazon or eBay.
